The Very Best of Belize
The second largest barrier reef on earth runs along the Belizean coastline. Among the vast 185 miles of reef are an estimated 237,962 acres of flats habitat for bonefish and permit.
For decades anglers have visted the many fishing lodges that have popularized Belize fly fishing - famous operations like El Pescador in Ambergris, and Turneffe Flats on the Turneffe Atoll. But to this day there remains long sections of reef and thousands of acres of bonefish and permit flats that are out of reach to these lodges and the towns on the mainland. These flats and the bones and permit that live there go un-fished season after season.
We've spent years trying to access these fishing grounds. After several scouting trips, and tons of leg work we've worked out the perfect Belize fishing adventure.
Because there are no lodges or suitable places to stay within striking distance to these pristine flats, we're bringing our own luxury accommodations with us.
Our home base will be a 50 foot catamaran complete with skipper and gourmet chef. We'll sail along the reef from one out of the way spot to the next fishing the very best that Belize has to offer. During the day we'll head out with the guides, and rendezvous with the yacht each evening.
